Ani Jangsem Palmo

Ani Jangsem Palmo joined the nunnery in April 2017. She is from Gongtu Mongar, Bhutan. She completed tenth grade at Samtshi Higher Secondary school. She is the eldest of three children. It was her own choice to become a nun. However, it had also been her mother’s dream to become a nun but for many reasons she was unable to fulfill that dream. Now her daughter is fulfilling her mother’s dream and her own dream. In the future she hopes to do the shedra studies, do retreat and dreams of becoming a retreat master or lama.
